Performance:
The dismantling joint is a double-flange joint, which can be adjusted longitudinally and locked with the provided bolts to the required length. The system can be used not only to quickly and easily maintain valves, pumps or instruments, but also to simplify future pipeline engineering corrections and reduce downtime when changes are needed.
Its installation is very simple, just use the wrench and torque wrench to tighten the high-strength steel or stainless steel rod. Since the tie rod has fewer holes than the flange, and the tie rod is used as a flange connection bolt, it can speed up the installation process, but it can still provide a safe, rigid, and fully end-loaded system whose rated pressure is equal to the rated pressure of the flange.
